Recently we encountered few men who came with sudden onset of Anejaculation. They used to ejaculate during coitus as well as during masturbation. They even experienced nocturnal emissions. However, all of a sudden they found there was no ejaculation during coitus or masturbation. Physical examination was normal. Post masturbation urine test was advised but no sperms were obtained. What further investigations or treatment can be advised? What’s the role of doing TRUS? Is there any role of medical treatment of Retrograde Ejaculation is excluded.
